Christianity is a monotheistic Human religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. For long, it was Aiers' first largest religion, before being surpassed by Islam. Christians believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the savior of humanity whose coming as the Messiah (the Christ) was prophesied in the Old Testament.

Christian theology is summarized in various creeds. These professions of faith state that Jesus suffered, died, was buried, descended into hell, and rose from the dead, in order to grant eternal life to those who believe in him and trust in him for the remission of their sins. The creeds further maintain that Jesus bodily ascended into heaven, where he reigns with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Spirit, and that he will return to judge the living and the dead and grant eternal life to his followers. His incarnation, earthly ministry, crucifixion, and resurrection are often referred to as "the gospel", meaning "good news".  The term gospel also refers to written accounts of Jesus's life and teaching, which are included in the Christian Bible.

Christianity is a human Sky Agec religion that began on the Holy City of Eden in the first century since the apparition of humanity at least in Aiers, but some scholars point out the religious traditions must come from centuries before. Originating in Eden, it quickly spread with the expansion of humans from Zarhuy to Aels, Hieyoks, Ushaenor and Zean, and will become the official state church of the Empire of the Empire of the Librarians of Dume. Following the Apparition of Demons, Christianity began to be spread to non-human peoples through missionary work and colonization. Christianity has played a prominent role in the shaping of the human civilizations of Aels , northern Hieyoks and Ushaenor.

Throughout its history, Christianity has weathered schisms and theological disputes that have resulted in many distinct churches and denominations. Worldwide, the three largest branches of Christianity are the Karentian Church, Unlic Orthodox Church, and the various denominations of Ushaverican Christianity.

Christianity in the Nebulosa of Ots Edit

Major Denominations Edit

Karentian Edit

The Karentian Church consists of those particular Churches, headed by bishops, in communion with the Archbishop of Karentia, as its highest authority in matters of faith, morality and Church governance.

In the Nebulosa of Ots, after was lost the contact with Aiers, was chosen the Archbishop of Ots as head of the church. Like Unlic Orthodoxy, the Karentian Church, through apostolic succession, traces its origins to the Sky Age and before that, they claim to the Christian community founded by Jesus Christ. Karentians maintain that the "one, holy, catholic and apostolic church" founded by Jesus subsists fully in the Karentian Church, but in modern times also acknowledges other Christian churches and communities and works towards reconciliation among all Christians: this in part because the creation of the original Karentian church was created by reconciliation of the Sky Age Catholic and Protestant christian denominations.

Unlic Orthodox Edit

The Unlic Orthodox Church consists of those churches in communion with the Patriarchal Sees, such as the Ecumenical Patriarch of Titipopolis Like the Karentian Church, the Unlic Orthodox Church also traces its heritage to the foundation of Christianity through apostolic succession and has an episcopal structure, though the autonomy of its component parts is emphasized, and most of them are national churches, following the traditions of Sky Age Eastern Orthodox Church.

Aside of the Unlic Orthodox Churches, there are others Orthodox Aposolic churches, who while being in communion with each other are completely independent in their hierarchy.

Ushaverican Churches Edit

After the migration of humans to Ushaenor, Christianity will develop into a series of compartmented, differentiated national Christian churches, who with the centuries will have dogmatic changes. The Karentian sargonic, who perceived them as heretic, tried to bring them to order under Karentian rule, which originated conflicts.

Edenian Edit

The "Edenian" Christian churches was a denomination used for Christian rites of Zarhuy and Hieyoks. Some of the Edenian rites traced themselves to the Sky Age, and where proud to proclaim to have a higher degree of purity of their rite to the Sky Age than other christian denominations.
