C Y C L O P S, Cyclopea Troglodytarum
Other names: Κύκλωψ, Kýklops, Cyclops, One-eye
Allegiance: Dark Legion of Demons
The Cyclops are a type of Ogre of the Goblinoid family, originally from the Caritz Sea shores.
They had as a key characteristic a single eye in the middle of their head. They were giants with a single eye in the middle of their forehead and a foul disposition. Their body hair was sparse, and they stood at a height of around four meters tall, with the typical tendency of ogres towards massive size to their proportions.
According to Hesiod, they were strong and stubborn. Collectively they eventually became synonyms for brute strength and power, and their name was invoked in connection with massive masonry. They were well known eaters of other humanoids, but for their evil and savage reputation, had a degree of social and organizational skills, and could be verbose.
