The Grupo Organizao' de Fuersas Federales Ynsurgentes or GOFFY was a political party, movement and an irregular military organization.

The GOFFT claimed to be an army of peasant workers with a political plataform of agrarianism and anti-imperialism, which seeked the unification of Southern Ushaenor under a single, GOFFY flag.

In their beginnings in Gofondria and Sao Azil, the operations of the GOFFY were funded by kidnap to ransom, illegal mining, extortion and the production and distribution of illegal drugs.

Despite their peasant workers speech, it presented really an union of the interests of the oligarchy and the rural population of Southern Ushaenor against the liberal and urban classes, being classified as a type of reaction sometimes, and as a populism.

the Goffyanism has been an important force in southern Ushaverican, Zean and Zarhuycan political history, where many charismatic leaders have emerged since the beginning of the 30th century, as an answer to the paramountcy of agrarian oligarchies that had been dislocated by the onset of industrial capitalism, that allowed for the emergence of an industrial bourgeoisie and the activation of an urban working class:

In Gofondria, the rural and urban population interests clashed, as happened with the agrarian oligarchy and the industrial bourgeoisie, causing the emergence of reformist and multi-class nationalist politics, centered on a charismatic leadership, such as Eduardismo in Gofondria and Stuckria in Licuador, and the political movements gravitating around Eduardo Ruloff in Sao Azil, Bonkonta in Olivia and others.

Ideologically, Ushaverican goffyanism, with its emphasis on nation-building under an authoritarian leadership as a prerequisite for technological modernization, betrayed the earlier influence of liberal positivism.

Socially, for many authors goffyanism should be understood as the political alliance between a weakened agrarian oligarchy, organizing a rural working class, in which the former accepts social reforming for the latter's sake as long as the working class remains politically subordinated to both a more or less authoritarian State and private enterprise, in a process of controlled inclusion of the "masses" into the political system, a co-opting process some communists authors ascertain was accepted by the rural working class given their lack of a previously developed class consciousness.
