Kalia Utan (3265-3368 a.a.H) was a nutk diplomatic and politician, Minister of foreign affairs of Anuchia from 3288 until the 3294. She took part of the Northern Alliance 7th Fleet as part of the executive power representatives, being one of the founders of the Nutk Confederation.
She was the Prime minister of the Nutk Confederation in the period 3350-3356 a.a.H, and was re-elected for a second period the 3362-3368.
